First term done!

It is hard to believe that Charlotte has just finished her first term at school. She has adjusted very well to the new learning environment and routine but comes home from school absolutely exhausted. She still loves drawing and her writing is coming along nicely. She has even been coming home and telling us about Jesus and God and asking lots of questions about heaven. Particularly at this time of year, we have been trying to remind her that Easter is not just about chocolate eggs. I went to her Easter liturgy at school today and she was so excited to see me there. We are incredibly proud of her and the loving sister and daughter she has become. I really do miss having her at home with me so the next two weeks of school holidays will be great.

Nate and Charlotte have an amazing bond. He beams when he sees Charlotte for the first time after school and she rushes up to him to give him a cuddle. I know these two will be the best of friends for years to come.

Liv's relationship with Nate is very different. She loves to rough him up and I think they will be more active together when Nate is older.

Nate tries out his new trike. The girls love pushing him around the deck in it.

Such a sweet, sweet baby boy!

Sisterly love

The girls absolutely love Nate but sometimes don't remember that he is just a baby and they need to be gentle. Poor Nate gets squeezed, poked and prodded a little too hard at times.

Liv has grown up so much since Nate was born. Such a determined and independent spirit.

I just love this boy so much. Every day he is doing something new and pulling the cutest of faces. I can't believe he is nearly four months old.

He doesn't get a bottle very often but when he does, both the girls are very keen to help.

Nate loves his jumping jolly but there is usually a big patch of dribble under him!
