Charlotte is loving her carbs but is not really into anything sweet such as fruit or custard. And she only likes home cooked vegies ... spits the jar food straight out.

Charlotte's christening
We celebrated Charlotte's christening on 21 September at All Saints Catholic Church. It was a beautiful ceremony and Charlotte managed to behave despite being in a long dress and the weather being quite warm.
Nanny, Poppy and Miss C
You can't have a christening without a cake!
And where there is cake, there are kids
Charlotte is more interested in the grapes than the camera.
Bec's mum got this christening outfit when the first grandchild arrived seven years ago and every grandchild has been christened in it ever since. The ribbon gets changed depending in whether it is a boy or a girl (blue or pink). The first time it was worn, it had blue ribbon ... but it has been worn five times since then , all with pink ribbon!

Charlotte wanted to follow the words in the booklet.
It was a warm day so Charlotte quite enjoyed the water being poured on her head. The swimming lessons probably also helped.
Bec's sister Mel and Phil's mate Steve are the godparents.

Food Glorious Food
Six years! (not Charlotte - Phil and Bec)
Phil and I celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary on 31 August by going out to lunch without Charlotte. It felt a bit weird driving the car without her in the back seat, babbling to herself. Considering we haven't got dressed up in recent times, we thought it was a good opportunity to get a family photo (sans Frenzal).
