18 months young

Charlotte clocked up 18 months this week. Everyday she is learning/doing something new. She is starting to talk a little more and attempts to repeat words after you. She knows most of her anatomy (including where her heart is - that's her Daddy's influence). She does the actions of alot of animals, including crocodile, lion, bee, snake and elephant. And her drawing ... well it's best described as 'abstract'.

Just last week, she did her first poo in her potty. She proceeded to cry when she saw it but it is a step in the right direction.

And she loves to dance to pretty much anything - rock, pop, rap.

Now that the weather is starting to get a bit warmer, we are looking forward to spending more time in the pool. Miss C is still going to weekly swimming lessons - it wears her out for the rest of the day!

Here are a few photos from the last couple of months.

Charlotte with her new cousin, Nicholas.

Finally, someone with less hair than her ... only just.

Charlotte absolutely loves Frenzal. She often just goes up to him, out of the blue and gives him a big cuddle. He is so patient. I think that have come to an arrangement. Miss C sneaks him food and he agrees to tolerate her.

Playing with her cousin Imogen in Nanny and Poppy's pool.

Pretty much anything goes with tomato sauce.

Nanny kept building sand castles and Charlotte kept tearing them down.

The water is still bit cool but when you are a kid, it doesn't matter.
